Hold your horses!. There have been many operations in the past from 'el Peronismo' that turned out to be a lie. They can not stand not being in power.

I temporarily moved to an apart-hotel in that area, I love it. There are a few new buildings that look very interesting. The whole area is being actively developed, just a few blocks from Puerto Madero makes it a great area for investing.
