I prefer Personal for phones, it has coverage everywhere including the Delta area! I used to have Claro and when I went on boat tours on the river there was no signal!

I will keep these places in mind the next time I go to Argentina. They look very entertaining and can be done with my partner!

Well, the second painter just quoted me more than the first! But that was someone recommended by expats, so they are probs used to charging high. Have just contacted the mercadolibre person, will see what they quote.

I don't think an Argentine friend telephoning could help in this instance, they always come to the house for quotes. Would my whole family have to go into hiding?

And btw, that doesn't include the cost of any materials....

Charging $600 for a 40-square-meter painting job is exorbitant, working out to $15 per square meter. I don't mind paying a fair price for quality work, but this seems like an unreasonable and outrageous rate. I'm seeking reasonable and affordable quotes, not something that feels like a rip-off.
