The Foreign Earned income exclusion is wonderful. I used that for many years while I was working remote for my company and living in Buenos Aires. Also if you're married you can double it! Just remember you have to be out of the US at least 330 days. One of my friends didn't know that and she went for her sister's wedding and stayed a little longer and traveled around. She got audited one year and had to disallow all that income and pay taxes!
