It’s kind of sad to see what’s happening with meat consumption in Argentina lately. More and more people are turning to alternatives, not really by choice but because they have to. Even for a typical family with two kids, buying meat regularly has become difficult. The classic Sunday asado? For many, it’s now turned into a once-a-month thing.
