The event will run throughout the morning and will close with Eduardo Costantini , the businessman who has been more active than ever in the industry in recent months: he built the Malba in Puertos, bought land in Montevideo and in Punta del Este where he will move forward with a polo-related venture, in addition to acquiring a plot of land in Cañitas and one of the main developers in the market: Argencons, creator of the Quartier brand.

In last year's edition the studio was overflowing with businessmen. Fabian Marelli.
The Summit, which has become a must-attend event for real estate investment decision-makers, will feature 28 speakers and more than 150 business leaders who will follow the talks from the front row and take advantage of the space to close deals, network, and share data on a sector undergoing a transformation.
The topics and the agenda
How construction costs will evolve, rising relentlessly for a year and a half, exceeding 100 percent; what will happen to used apartment prices; the future of credit; the strategies of developers who continue to build beyond the macroeconomic framework; what to consider before investing in real estate as a safe haven; where the best opportunities are; what to buy and in what area to ensure property appreciation—these will be some of the questions the key players promise to answer.
The meeting will open with Leandro Molina (Zonaprop) , who will exclusively share the Index with the June numbers, as well as predictions and impressions on the sector's performance, and will close with an unmissable one-on-one with Costantini by José del Rio , general editor of LA NACION.
