Electric seats in cars?

A company is selling electric seats that, if your car gets stolen, the "shockbag" delivers a 6,000-volt shock. What do you think? Would you buy it?

That's a bit extreme, isn't it? Although with the insecurity, especially in the conurbano, I think they'd have a lot of clients if it were already available for sale here.
