Do I need a referral to see a Kinesiologist from my personal physician?

Do you have any prepago or private medical insurance? If so, you probably will need a referral from your personal physician. If you're paying out of pocket you can just pay cash and they will happily take it.
These places are very good and you can pay them directly.
