What an accomplish after only a short time in office by President Milei.

An accomplishment indeed! They have done it 11 months in a row.

They have managed to maintain its streak of fiscal surplus in November 2024, marking the 11th consecutive month of positive balances in public accounts. This achievement is part of a trend that has characterized the country's economic performance during the year 2024.In November, the National Public Sector (SPN) recorded a financial surplus of 357,162 million pesos. This result consists of:A primary surplus of 1,381,545 million pesos

A net public debt interest payment of 1,024,383 million pesos.

You gotta give the government credit for this!
No! Because of these tough austerity measures poverty has gone up and people are going through their savings. I would rather there not be a surplus and the government help out more people in need.

All my friends say the same thing. They made less but they could go much further on their salary. What good is a fiscal surplus if everyone is poor and can't afford to eat or buy groceries.
