Newcomer Is dog poop on sidewalks as bad as I read online in forums and blogs? Do people not pick up after their dogs?
I am considering moving to BA as I'm a digital nomad and I heard the cost of living there is cheap. My lease is ending on my condo in the USA in February. I am a bit OCD when it comes to cleanliness. My big concern is I keep reading about dog poop all over the sidewalks. I HATED this in Paris...- Jenn
