I am considering purchasing an apartment in Buenos Aires. My plan is to spend Spring/Summer maybe Fall in BA after I retire in a few years.

Hey, I personally went with MGNI (mgotz.com), they provided a very good service. They're bilingual and they were very transparent and nice. They didn't try to push me to buy, just good advice on the units we were visiting.
