There is nothing they can do. My girlfriend is constantly late paying her monthly expenses. I paid it a few times but didn't want her to get into depending on me each month. She just pays late. They charge interest for late payments.

They are just limiting with actual cash. You can always do as much with home banking but they don't want people just going with undeclared funds. They want to try to get people to use funds they can justify. But it sounds like no limit with home banking.
