Wine in BA is much much much cheaper than restaurants in the USA, especially top tier steakhouses. Tipping epidemic is also nut in USA. I went to visit my sister in Los Angeles over Christmas and most of the restaurants already had a 6% extra fee on the check for healthcare for employees. WTF?

Brazil has MUCH fresher and better produce (fruits and vegetables) vs. Argentina. I don't know why they are so bad overall here. Rice is excellent in Brazil. You will find a much better food quality in Brazil vs. Argentina. I also think the steaks there are also delicious.

It depends where you go. Don Julio you can spend $300 to $400 for two people with appetizers and a nice bottle of wine.

Hopefully it does stimulate the economy. Many places have gone out of business or will soon.
