What are some of the safest and most comfortable small towns or cities in the interior of Argentina for expats to live in? I’m not talking about Buenos Aires or Córdoba City, but smaller, quieter places , maybe somewhere with a good sense of community, decent infrastructure, and not too much...

I’ve had good luck at Home Collection in Recoleta Mall, they have really nice towels and bedding, and the quality is a step up from supermarkets. Also, Zara Home in Alto Palermo has beautiful linens and decor pieces (a bit pricey, but worth it for a few nice items).

I will be in Buenos Aires in a few months and I was curious to know if people there drink tap water or buy bottled water at the supermarket. I look forward to your comments! :)
