Is anyone actually paying these taxes now? As a non-resident foreigner I pay my annual asset taxes but most Argentines that I know aren't paying or declaring their rentals and paying no taxes on these now.

If things improved in Venezuela I would guess that many would move back home. All the ones I know in Buenos Aires have a lot of family back home. Some I know still own properties back in Venezuela. It would be nice to see it go back to it's glory days.
