    Am I reading this wrong? It looks like the numbers are still going the wrong way. Looks like poverty line went up 3.6% month to month from November and the indigence line went up 4.1% in the last month.

    I think I recall someone posting about ATM machines in Buenos Aires that allow you to withdraw dollars. Or am I mistaken? I think I saw someone withdrawing what looked like US Dollars from an ATM machine today. Is this possible today? If so, how?
