This is one of the most annoying and unacceptable parts of BA to me. I can't imagine how this is considered acceptable here.

If you have to move to Mendoza and maintain a good distance from both the city and the valley, which areas are recommended? I have visited Mendoza, but only for a couple of days. If I have to consider moving there, which area would I find the most English-speaking expats in?
